CFMP User Survey 2021

Survey with regard to the local research infrastructure, in particular core facilities.


Dear core facility user,


as the strategic and administrative "umbrella" to Heidelberg University´s Core Facilities, we aim to set and keep high quality standards for the local research infrastructure. To continuously improve technologies and services, we rely on your feedback as a user.


We therefore kindly ask you to take 10 minutes of your time to answer the following survey.


Note: You will receive a survey-link via email for each CellNetworks core facility that you have used since January 2020. We kindly ask you to answer each survey, as only this will allow us to work towards improving the infrastructure provided to you and your colleagues.  


Participation in the survey is voluntary. The survey and subsequent analysis are conducted anonymously. No personal data will be collected. Lale Jakob and Andrea Leibfried from the CellNetworks Core Technology Platform management office will evaluate the responses. All data will be returned exclusively to them and used for internal purposes only. To ensure anonymity, please do not provide any data that can identify you or other persons when answering open questions.
